Greetings

Hello Hello
Just thought I'd jump on here and share an oldie but a goodie I made this memo board several years ago now and I am still happy with how simple yet beautiful it looks.
First of all on the letter cut out I decided on a subtle mixed media background to give it texture and dimension without adding a lot of bulk, kept the color neutral on purpose.
The reason for that is so that the flowers took center stage in the corner and weren't competing for attention from the background
Then I attached the bull clips around the edge, spacing  them apart as to give each enough room to hold a greeting card or birthday card or even a photo.
Underneath the flowers I tucked in a little tulle to add a bit more interest but in a soft layer so that it didn't draw away from the focal point.
I created this one to sever as an everyday piece and I think my mom has enjoyed it over the years so I am thinking that I may have to make another one, for myself , but with a Christmas theme. Can you just imagine it full of holiday greeting cards. That would be...WOW!  Who's with me?
Okay enough rambling, I hope this inspires you to try something outside of the box and get creative!

Thanks for stopping in

just B
